Picnic on the Park Festival

In order to highlight the sponsorship benefits for Picnic on the Park , we created a sponsorship presentation report as part of our event marketing services.

Demographic information was researched, copy prepared, and the report designed to kick start the fundraising efforts. 

Swags Interior Design

A well established interior design studio in Atascocita Texas, Swags Interior Design needed a brochure to let their clients know about their wide range of services.

We created a brochure design that gave a taste of their style and outlined their expertise.  Legacy Marketing's brochure printing service was used to produce the design on a stationery that resulted in a parchment like finish. 

Picnic on the Park is a nonprofit organization in Kingwood, Texas, that puts on two events each year: the Picnic on the Park Festival which is a community event highlighting a free Easter egg hunt the day before Easter, and the Ladies Luncheon and Easter Bonnet Contest.

The event web site had been a vital part of the marketing efforts in the event promotion; however, it was originally built as a static web site and was very cumbersome to update. 

The existing static site was migrated to a content management system (CMS) using Joomla as the base platform. 

Custom features were added to allow for sponsor and vendor management, including online payment, ads management, revenue and contribution tracking, and CRM features. 

User accounts allow event participants to update their contact and business information.  An online mailing system is integrated to allow for easy communication with participants. 

Finally, the existing web site layout was redesigned and converted to a Joomla template theme to allow for easy updates. 

The Kingwood Connection is a community information web site for the Kingwood community.

Originally launched in 2004, it was time to upgrade the web site's look with a design that was more Web 2.0, that was CSS based for presentation and layout, was more SEO friendly, and could be easily read on mobile devices.

A web site redesign was done, starting with an upgrade to the Joomla platform that the site is based on, along with the numerous customizations and add ons.  An integrated user interface was customized to tie together all of the site's features.

Once all of the upgrades were completed to the web site's underlying platform, a new web site layout was designed and implemented in a custom Joomla theme.  

To enable quick load times on mobile browsers, graphics in the HTML template were kept to a minimum.  The major of the layout's graphics are specified through the CSS stylesheet, allowing a stripped down version of the website design to be displayed and highlighting the content when viewing through a mobile phone or other PDA. 

One of the first villages to be developed in Kingwood, TX , South Woodland Hills is an established neighborhood with an active and involved homeowners association.

Wanting to make the community information more accessible to residents, the board of directors commissioned a web site for the Homeowners Association.

The HOA web site was designed to highlight the beauty and amenities of the village.   

ABWA Humble Artesian is a local chapter of the nationwide American Business Womens' Association.

An organization membership web site was developed that allowed for online member management, a member directory that members could self-manage their listings, an online reservation and registration system for events, and an new member and renewal process. 

The Daily Delight is a devotional blog powered by Wordpress.

A custom Wordpress blog theme was designed using CSS 2.0. A stand-alone installation of Wordpress with a number of add-ons and an Amazon-store integration was customized for the site. 

Located in Houston, Texas, 5th Avenue Bowtique creates custom children's clothing, hair bows, and accessories.  

After supplying designs to several children's boutiques, the designer wanted to expand her sales to a broader market with an online ecommerce web site.

Legacy's ShopBuilder Pro web site provided an affordable solution for a customized online store. 

The designer easily manages adding new products, processing orders, updating site content, and sending news to customers with the ShopBuilder Control Center. 

The Tournament Anglers Accessories is the manufacturer of the "Check It Stick," a fish measuring board.

A web site was developed to provide information for the company's sporting goods retailers on their products.

A customized CSS layout was created with a Business Builder web site to coordinate with their existing logo.  The program allows for easy owner-managed updates to existing pages as well as the addition of new pages. 

The Country & Western Dance Place is a dance studio located in Humble, Texas.

In addition to group and private dance classes in the Humble location, the studio also rents the facilities for banquets, parties, and meetings.

Utilitizing the Business Builder website program and a customized layout, a site was developed to provide information on the classes and services offered, as well as a dynamic calendar for class schedules.
